The institution is committed to providing a fair, transparent, inclusive and student-friendly environment. The Ombudsperson plays an important role in ensuring that student grievances are addressed with sensitivity, impartiality and confidentiality.
As the Ombudsperson, the Principal provides an independent and approachable platform for students to raise their concerns and seek fair resolution. The role involves listening to grievances, reviewing matters objectively and facilitating appropriate solutions in accordance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
The Ombudsperson works towards protecting the rights and interests of students while promoting mutual respect, fairness and accountability within the institution. Students are encouraged to express genuine concerns without fear or hesitation, with the assurance that every matter will be handled responsibly and with due confidentiality.
Through this mechanism, the institution aims to strengthen trust, encourage open communication and maintain a safe, respectful and supportive academic environment for all students.
